The host was wonderful, generous with his time, proud of his region and full of stories about the wines. We bought a few bottles to bring home. Christmas 2025 I opened one. It had gone off. Not the most expensive bottle we had ever bought, but that was never the point."
I started looking for a better way to track what I had and when to open it. Spreadsheets. Notes on my phone. A handful of apps where the one feature that actually mattered sat behind a paywall. Nothing quite worked, so I built Corkari for myself.
A few friends asked to try it. They liked it. I have been adding features based on what they actually need ever since.
